1. What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used on seakayakacademy.com. Sea Kayak Academy is operated by Kayak King Pembrokeshire Ltd, New Holmus Farm, Little Newcastle, Pembrokeshire, Wales, SA62 5TD. 2. Essential website functions
Essential storage supports security, signing in, your basket, checkout and remembering your cookie choices. These functions remain available when you reject analytics. Blocking all cookies in your browser can prevent baskets or signing in from working.

3. Optional Google Analytics
If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics loads to help us understand website visits and use of booking buttons. It does not load if you reject analytics or have not chosen. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our configuration. Staff editing visits are excluded from reporting.
Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We configure a cookie lifetime of 90 days, which can renew during later visits when analytics remains allowed. Google may process information internationally. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Optional maps, videos and external content
Embedded content from services such as Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia or Instagram stays behind a choice before it loads. You can allow embedded content in Cookie settings, or use the “Allow embedded content” button at an individual placeholder. This enables the embedded-content category without enabling Google Analytics.
Once loaded, the external provider receives information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use its own cookies, analytics or international processing. Its own privacy information applies. Ordinary links to maps or social-media websites do not load those websites until you follow the link.
5. Booking and payments
FareHarbor opens when you request online course booking. Square processes shop card payments. Cookies or storage needed for the booking or payment you request are separate from our optional Google Analytics choice. Those providers explain their own processing in their booking and payment services. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from booking, buying equipment or sending an enquiry.
6. Change or withdraw your choices
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or the preference button above at any time. You can accept or reject analytics, and use “Individual preferences” to control analytics and embedded content separately. Withdrawing analytics stops the tag, removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawing embedded-content permission reloads the page with placeholders restored.
You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. We cannot remove cookies belonging to another provider’s domain from this website; use your browser controls for those. Withdrawing consent affects future activity and does not undo processing that already took place.
