Sea Kayak Academy periodically releases ex-fleet and pre-loved equipment from our coaching and training programme.

Items listed here have been used in real sea kayaking environments and are sold when they are no longer required for operational use. Availability varies and stock changes regularly.

Used equipment may show cosmetic wear consistent with regular sea use, including scuffs, scratches, fading, or signs of previous repair.

All items are checked before sale and described honestly, but they should be viewed as used equipment, not new or refurbished stock. Specifications, fittings, or components may differ from manufacturer images.

Used items are released intermittently and depend entirely on fleet rotation and operational requirements.

We’re unable to source specific models, sizes, or colours on request, and previous availability should not be taken as an indication of future stock.

Before listing any used kayak or piece of equipment for sale, we:

• Inspect items for damage or structural issues

• Check and adjust outfitting where applicable

• Replace worn deck lines, fittings, or straps where necessary

• Check buoyancy, footrests, and hatch seals on kayaks

• Clean and prepare equipment ready for use

Any noticeable wear, marks, or repairs are shown or described so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing.

Where practical, larger items such as kayaks may be available for viewing by arrangement.

Collection is preferred for bulky equipment. Delivery options, where offered, will be clearly stated on individual listings and may be subject to additional cost.

Used equipment is sold as seen and does not carry a manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated.

Returns are not accepted on used items except where required by consumer law.
