Two on-site options
Choose the stay that suits you
Both options keep you close to the Academy, the Chart Room classroom and the practical facilities. Guests staying on site also have the Wheelhouse: a spacious shared indoor social area with sofas and a basic kitchen. You are equally welcome to stay elsewhere and travel in each day.
New Holmus Farm and Holmus Cottage are owned by Ant and Libby. The Academy is based here permanently; this is our home and working base, rather than a hired course venue.
On-site camping
A small, informal campsite for people attending Sea Kayak Academy activities. Pitch in the camping field and enjoy an easy start and finish to each day.

- Campervans and motorhomes can choose the campsite or level hardstanding on arrival according to the ground conditions

Holmus Cottage
A self-contained cottage sleeping up to four, best suited to a couple, a family or people comfortable sharing a very personal layout. The crog loft and the only bathroom are both accessed through the main bedroom.

- Crog loft with two single beds, reached by a ladder through the main bedroom

Why stay on site?
A calmer course rhythm
No extra morning journey, hot showers, somewhere practical for wet equipment and more time to reset between days. The Chart Room, kit-care facilities and the shared Wheelhouse indoor space are all on the same site.

That works too
You can choose other accommodation in Pembrokeshire and travel to the Academy each day. Your joining information confirms the normal 9:00am meeting time unless something different has been arranged.
