Depth requires space and strong foundations
You do not need to describe yourself as an expert. You do need enough personal capability that the session can focus on refinement, complex decisions or coaching practice rather than basic control.
If you are still developing consistent leadership judgement, the Leadership stage or focused private coaching may be more useful first.
