Sea Kayak Academy is easy to reach whether you’re travelling from within the UK or from overseas.

Our base in Pembrokeshire offers straightforward access by road and rail, with several major airports within driving distance.

Where we’re based

Sea Kayak Academy is based in the centre of Pembrokeshire, allowing access to launch sites around the coast depending on conditions.

All courses and trips meet at the Academy before travelling to the paddling location for the day.

Travelling by car

Pembrokeshire is easily reached by road from much of the UK.

New Holmus Farm is located centrally within the county, with onward travel to the coast typically taking around 20–30 minutes depending on conditions and destination.

Exact directions and arrival details are sent to all booked participants before their course or trip.

Travelling by train

The closest train stations are:

• Haverfordwest
• Fishguard & Goodwick

From either station, local taxi services can provide onward travel to the Academy.

Travelling from outside the UK

For visitors travelling from overseas, common arrival routes include:

• Cardiff Airport
• Bristol Airport
• Heathrow Airport
• Gatwick Airport

From the airport, travel onward by hire car or train to Pembrokeshire.
